Barcelona visit Israel and Palestine for ‘Peace Tour’

Thousands of fans turn out in Israel and Palestine to watch Barcelona during their ‘Peace Tour’ of the region. Barcelona asked in February to play a game against a combined Israel/Palestine team, but authorities were not able to agree on arrangements for the fixture. Barcelona players visit important religious sites such as the Nativity Church in Bethlehem and the Western Wall in Jerusalem before training with youngsters in both countries
