Someone asked me if I could find something from 1984 and this one had the best sound quality (of those I checked).

Some additional information about the1984 Tour and the shows from bjorner.com:

In the Martha Quinn interview Dylan said that he originally wanted to do a tour of South America but that it wasn’t possible at the time and that they did the European tour instead. This was the first time Dylan toured in Europe only. There was no US tour before or after.

The tour was done in collaboration with Santana, and Carlos Santana regularly joined Dylan and his group for the encores. In Hamburg, Basel, Munich, Brussels and Copenhagen the show was done with Joan Baez as guest artist.

The show:
Joan Baez started with a solo set including some 10 songs
Intermission.
Santana performed circa 90 minutes.
Intermission.
First set: 7 songs by Bob Dylan and the band.
One song sung by Gregg Sutton backed by the band without Dylan
Second set: 2-4 songs solo by Dylan
6-7 songs by Dylan and the band.
Encores: 2-3 songs solo by Dylan
1-6 songs by Dylan and the band and Carlos Santana

Great ending. That enthusiastic audience that stars the BlTW chorus. Doesn't let him sing alone and even ends up slowing down following the drums.
