I’m pretty much very sure both Neymar & De Ligt aren’t coming to Barça. It’s just a rumour of hiking the transfer enthusiasm. At the end of August, everyone would find Barça signing some few players like Malcom and promise “we’ve a very good team this season.” And die hard fans like me would be jumping and overwhelming. But at the end of the season, UCL 100% no and La Liga title too highly doubtful because of Real Madrid signings this season.
